Employer representative services

We act as employer representative and take care of all legal requirements needed by the authorities about posted workers. We ensure that all the required information is gathered from the posting company and send a posted worker notification on behalf of the posting company. We check that residence permits and working rights are in order and check that employment contracts, occupational safety, working times and other work conditions comply with the Finnish Labour Law.

Examples of our past assignments:
• We have been acting as an employer representative for many foreign companies coming from both within and outside EU
• As an employer representative we have participated in audit meetings and answered to inquiries of the OSH authorities and labor unions
